★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corporate Business Solutions have been great right from Monica our account manager, office staff and to the service team. Everyone caring ever step of the way. We have had our printer for 4 years now and still going strong. Our printer is used lots for our business and if by chance a minor problem came up the service team is out there getting it up and running again in no time. Thanks again for the great product and service.

Every time we have called for service, product orders, or for billing inquiries, we have always received personalized, friendly service. Their techs are always so easy to work with and are happy to show you how to fix things or different ways of working with the products. The few times we have called for billing they are quick to respond and so very easy to talk to. Cindy always answers with a smile in her voice that is completely genuine and brings a little joy into your day. And Christopher - I think you are part of our family too! Whenever we need something, you are always there with suggestions or help - and there is never any pressure to buy something! Definitely recommend this company and these wonderful people!

As a company that heavily relies on our machines to run smoothly for our day to day tasks, I know we can rely on the service department to provide fast and efficient service if we ever have an issue, no questions asked!
Whenever we require an upgrade to equipment or simply just require additional machines, we know we can contact our sales rep very quickly and she will set us up with quotes and install dates that work around our schedule.
We appreciate the great service that we receive from CBS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have dealt with CBS for 10+ years. They are a great company to deal with. In the past we have dealt with CBS, Canon and Xerox and ended up moving everything to CBS because the service was second to none.
Monica is always there whenever we need and Cindy is always helpful and polite when we phone in for supplies. Their products are fantastic and on the rare occasion we need service, it is immediate and almost always same day which is crucial for our business. I look forward to many more years with them!

I recently discovered that they offer basic IT solutions as well, while working with their IT crew. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We switched to CBS a few years ago and have been very happy by both the machines and the service. Our account manager Mark is always available to help out and answer questions. The few times we have needed service the techs have been very fast and knowledgeable.
The printer itself has so many features that make our lives easier like tri-folding and stapling! We felt that Mark really listened to us, and considered our printing needs and budget to help find a perfect printer for us.
