They gave me the best price from the other places I had gotten quotes from. Even with the fluctuations of lumber prices they held to their original quote and on top of being the least expensive they automatically included things in their quote that other companies neglected to bother to even give me a price on (headers, facia ladder extensions etc). The icing on the cake was the laminated roof layout that they provided upon delivery. Just another small gesture that added to the overall experience of working with them. I will say that on the first load there were two little pieces that were forgotten at the yard but the driver came back on his own time later in the evening to ensure I had what I needed. Great service. Can’t wait to build my new house so I can work with you guys again.
M	M Mm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever! I requested a design for trusses. They submitted the wrong drawing. My structural engineer discovered 2 major mistakes. It would’ve been a disaster if the framers implemented it. We called Cornwall Roof Truss (Josee) to rectify the issue. Instead of owning it and jumping on it to fix it, she gave my architect a hard time and she was not very pleasant or sympathetic to the situation. She told us that we will have to wait at least 3 weeks before we see the proper drawings. I was trying to negotiate the 3 weeks to be within a week since it was their mistake. I requested to speak to the owner, but she refused to pass the call to him, saying that she is in charge. She ended the call by telling me that she is no longer interested in providing me with the service and she also told me to go somewhere else. I begged her to reconsider. I also said to her not to push me to write a negative review. She said that she did not care. Now I have to find another supplier and pay my structural engineer a new fee since I will be submitting new drawings. I would stay away from this place.
