★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CORE is one of the best studios that I have been to in Toronto. I bought the 1 + 1 starter pack and I am very happy with my first two classes. I did the owners class first and thought I was going to die but he made me feel comfortable and helped me get through the class. My second class was with Anya and she was also really attentive and had more of a Pilates style to her! I highly recommend to someone looking for a challenging and motivating class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym was recommended to me by a work colleague and I purchased the 1 + 1 offer for my first class . The staff is very friendly and the owner took his time to show me how to use the treadmill. His class was extremely challenging and I felt slightly out of shape! After the class, I was exhausted and couldn’t walk for like 3 days after! Highly recommend for someone trying to get in shape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my first time at Core! The room is a little small and can get sweaty if there’s a lot of people but overall probably the best circuit class in the city. The exercises are original and the treadmill work is fabulous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised with this gym! Very clean and modern studio with friendly staff and the class was superb! I did Anya’s full body class and she was very good at correcting form and had some really great exercises. The owner was really cute too! kind of looks like Brody Jenner from the Hills.
