★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places for overall fitness. It gives you so much opportunity to exand with different kinds of training such as strength, cardio and obsticle course training. All of the staff is extremely open and kind, and it is always nice to see their faces. I always look forward to going and I will continue to support them even through covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much love for this place. I have been here close to half a year and already I can see such an improvement. The trainers are all amazing and very knowledgeable. They are always pushing you to do better, while never pushing you past your limits.
They are currently moving buildings and even though it would have been easier for them to just close down for the move. They have been incredibly accommodating and stayed open. The quality of classes during the move have been A+ as well. Even with less equipment the classes have still been challenging and fun. Excited to see the new place open on Saturday and will continue to be working out this place for the foreseeable feautre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with a friend and his team who is participating in the Corporate Challenge. It was so much fun!!
We only spend about an hour here. Man oh man, did some of the muscles got used hard. I was hurting for a couple days!!
They also offer some courses that you could take; and for sure it will help you shape up to do some of the more challenging once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cor.Fit has earned their mark as Calgary’s premier obstacle race and ninja training facility. Though you’ll find obstacles common to national and international level races in-house, you don’t have to be training for an OCR, be able to traverse across the peg board, or ascend the salmon ladder to attend classes. They have a full menu of classes for everyone to enjoy, including kids as young as 7 yrs (mini ninjas). Whether you’re an avid or experienced competitor, or simply just curious to test your physical and mental abilities, the Cor.Fit community can’t wait to show you the ropes (literally). The obstacles we encountered were almost more challenging mentally than physically, and overcoming some of the fears I faced left me feeling more confident than when I walked in. This place is truly a recess for grown-ups.
