★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible follow up by the builder, Brad Remington. Have warranty issues that they "fixed" in the first year (building has shifted and doors won't stay closed) and the problem has recurred due to an improper fix. It took them 1.5 weeks to return my calls/emails and they have stated that now that 1 year has passed they will no longer warranty the existing issue. As an multi-property owner, I would not recommend doing business with them. Look them up on Better Business Bureau, more warranty issues formally reported to BBB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder does not stand behind their product. I purchased a unit that has had builder warranty issues that were documented within the first year and the issue has never been resolved. I have been told to contact the property management company and have them deal with structural issues. After hiring someone myself to fix the problem I was told that the builder did not use the right materials which explains why my door was falling off. Poor service, poor property locations and poor quality products. Save your money and do your research before purchasing any of their Copperfield Park properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad Remington Homes has made this condo complex both affordable and inviting. Located right next to a beautiful park and playground area, and with it's own trees and sitting area in the complex it is welcoming and cozy. My friend just bought here recently and her place is really nice. I also have to say the staff at Brad Remington homes are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and affordable units, lots of parks and green trails, also a bunch of wildlife like rabbits, birds, ducks, and even I saw a coyote once. Buildings are well kept, and it's a quiet area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an owner but a tenant and love it so far. Looking forward to seeing what spring will reveal :) One underground space and an above ground one. Clean building, friendly neighbours, decent appliances and good quality construction from what I have experienced so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent community and the condo's are really nice. Our son lives there in a corner unit that has an amazing view. Visitor parking has gotten better now that the condo board has enforced parking rules.
