★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in love with this distillery! The class and atmosphere is like no other in BC. It reminds me of the beautiful cocktail bars in Australia.
The tasters were so fresh and yummy. They have one of the best gin and tonics ever!
Copper Spirit also sells their gin and vodka in 3 different bottle sizes. I bought some of the mid-size ones to take home. The packaging is absolutely beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique and full flavoured spirits! Trendy and modern tasting room with a small but well crafted cocktail menu. Tasting 1/2 ounce of spirits is only $3 per, and where you should start before ordering a drink. Amazing how a distillery of this size can make a rye, a gin, and a vodka. I went home with a big bottle of the rye - it was clear (not aged in barrels), smooth, a touch smokey, and slightly fruity. The gin is unlike any gin I’d ever tasted or smelled - the hostess told us it’s made with over a dozen botanicals, and it’s hard to identify them all - makes for a lovely sipping gin. Try them! We followed our tasting with a “Not In Manhattan” (citrus, sour, and a bit smokey), and their take on a Gin & Tonic, which was just sweet and citrusy enough for me. Excellent service too, very friendly, casual, helpful with no pressure. Owners were gone for the weekend but often happy to give tours! Next time!

This place is my favourite place now! It is very well designed and the branding is on point. I will definitely come back. Thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful architectural jewel of Bowen Island... the mini cocktails are spectacular being all homemade down to the bitters, spirits, tonic and juice. Self-foraged fir tips seal the deal. An absolute must-visit on the island for spirit lovers and design junkies alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their cocktails were amazing!! Due to the regulation, I could only have three drinks, so I chose 3 cocktails “Gin & Tonic”, “Love Potion” and “Garden Delight”. Now, I need to come back and try other cocktails. Atmosphere was excellent and all staff are very friendly and attentive. Nice place to enjoy a drink and relax!
