Wow, just got our delivery of the assorted 8 pack, WOW! Man these are the biggest cookies I've ever seen, I mean they have some heft to 'em! Well I ate a whole one myself and that's like eating half a cake, they're large! Oh and outrageously delicious! They'll make great gifts to send, anyone want MY address!!! LOL, I'm impressed by these hand crafted masterpieces, WOW!

These cookies were delivered to Saskatoon from Winnipeg completely intact with the most beautiful packaging! I was really curious to taste them as I watched so many people review them and be absolutely amazed. These cookies deserve all the hype !!! The flavours, the texture, the SIZE, I mean hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had in my life !!!!

The cookies are good but I will never order them again. Long story: I ordered 2x8 cookies as a gift for my cousins on August 3rd. Only half of my order arrived on August 17th. I emailed on August 18th to alert the company. After 5 days of no response, I sent a follow up email. Again, no response. So I messaged on Instagram and another 5 days passed before I received any communication. The person I spoke to seemed unapologetic and quick to blame the shipping company for the mistake. I noted that the packing slip said only 1 box was picked up from their business, and she confirmed that 8 cookies is the maximum for one box, so it seemed that the issue may have actually been on Cookie Cravings Co's end, rather than Purolator, but she refuted that possibility. She did offer me a refund for the half I never received and I verbally 'accepted' it but then she never sent it (until much later, read on...) At the same time, I also asked when I could re-order, and she informed me that she was taking a break from the kitchen, but would return to baking in 2 weeks time. She said she would post on Instagram when she's back so I could order again. At this point, I thought 2 weeks was a long time to wait (it had already been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered the gift), but I agreed. One month after she told me '2 weeks', there was still no update on their website or on Instagram. I messaged again on September 27th, and was told that the new timeline for her next batch wouldn't be until the first week of November. By this time, I had written off ever getting these cookies again and instead I ordered gifts from another local cookie company to replace the ones that never arrived... I also had to remind her on September 28th that she had never sent a refund. She said she would send it right away. After a 4 more days passed, I had to remind her again, and then I finally received confirmation that a refund was being processed. Everybody makes mistakes, but when you're running a business I think it's important to own up to them and rectify errors in a timely manner. Again, the cookies are good, but for the price you pay, you expect a certain level of professionalism, or at the very least proper communication, and it just wasn't there. I don't usually post negative reviews but I've heard rumors of similar issues and thought I should share my experience for awareness.

THE BEST COOKIES YOU WILL EVER TRY! Everything from the yummy variety of flavors to the thoughtfully put together packaging is an entire experience on its own! I thought the handwritten thank you card they included was the perfect personalized touch! It shows how much they truly appreciate their customers. On top of that the service is top tier. Sabrina and Grant are the kindest people you will ever meet and i cant wait to order again!

My experience was incredible from start to finish. Ordering was easy and clear and the website was very user friendly. Then the cookies were delivered. The packaging was beautiful and they looked so delicious. The best part though was eating them. The cookies were delicious. They were also huge which meant one could be split among our family of four. And finally, they freeze so well. I will be a regular customer!

My wife and were lucky enough to be gifted a package of 4 amazing cookies yesterday. To say these cookies are amazing is an understatement - from the box and presentation overall - to tasting the product - we were both left so impressed. I saved opening the box for when my wife (a nurse) came home after an exhausting day. We heated up a cookie as instructed and both grabbed a spoon and took a bite - at the same time we both said “holy sh#t this is good!”. We assumed (incorrectly) that these must have been ordered from an out of town business in Toronto or Vancouver. To find out this business is local was an amazing surprise. Wishing the Cookie Craving Co. team nothing but continued success as you take over the world with your cookies. For sure was a bit unsure at first, since cookies are cookies. But I kept seeing the hype about them and knew people who personally ordered them and they raved about how good they were. I definitely am glad I ordered. They came really quick, so nicely packaged and a personal hand written letter inside. I got the Caramilk-Skor and man, they were SO fresh and delicious. Do yourself a favour, Will definitely be ordering again! Can't wait to see what other creations she comes out with :)

I ordered $100 worth of cookies (8 pack deluxe, red velvet and birthday cake) 16 in total. I was so excited to try them ALL -To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. So far I’ve tried red velvet, birthday cake, skor, hershey’s, Reese’s Peanut butter explosion, Brownie Dulce De Leche and Oreo cookies and cream. What I’ve found are these cookies all taste THE SAME (unless they have peanut butter in it). Some are undercooked and some are dry. The birthday cake had no filling in it, which on IG it’s full Of filling. Don’t get me wrong these cookies taste fine but I don’t understand the hype. I add ice cream To make the experience better - ? add ice cream to these cookies. If you are eager to try them, only order skor, so far that’s been my fav and it’s just alright (nothing to write home about). I will not order again. The price point is way to high for what they are, which is an average cookie.
