★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy CY is here in Beaverton! It's a beautiful space that is accessible and friendly. Jess' class was perfectly paced and challenging. She's a thoughtful teacher who made room for personal accommodations throughout the practice and space for gratitude at the end. I look forward to my next class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended my first class at Continuum Yoga & thoroughly enjoyed it. Catherine who lead the session was great. Studio was well set-up, very clean & I felt very safe. Haven't been in an yoga studio for nearly two years. Will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven’t been you’re 100% missing the greatest experience! The owners have an amazing passionate energy about them! The other teachers are just as amazing! I am literally there likes it’s my second home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have only attended one class thus far but very much enjoyed myself. They've got a nice, minimalist studio space, the class was challenging without being excessively difficult, and the instructor, Mel, was welcoming and knowledgable.
Edit: I was able to return for a second class, run by the other instructor, and it was just as enjoyable. Only getting COVID has kept me from further return visits.
