★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant praise enough about Consortium and its employees/management. The management team really treats you like a 'person' more than just an employee. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate towards helping you, if needed.
Excellent work-life balance. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is countered with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; its a fair trade in my honest opinion. Overall, you'll be surrounded by amazing people and exceptionally healthy work environment.
