★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience at all. I called them to inquire about an item, I asked them to provide me with catalog they said we keep it secret ( fishy). How can u run the business/ service if people dont know what u r selling or providing. I asked them to provide me with details of an item and similar items. They said they dont carry but atleast let know what u carry ( also they asked me to quote the intended price of item on which I want to buy the item). Also their site is under construction and doesnt give any info, however sites of other companies has a brochure catalog with prices on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service. How are they even in business. Shea moisture said they are their distributor yet they claim they don’t have their products all of a sudden. After 2 months of trying to get them just so I can carry a certain product, they seem to neglect doing actual business. Close them down. They seem to operate in an odd manner. The reviews speaks for itself
