-The Worst Decor Centre staff - Aggresive.
-Poor Quality Fixtures And Fittings.
-No Or Little Insulation.

β β β β β Linda was way too aggressive, rude and pushy. She worried more about her upcoming appointment rather than finishing and focusing on our choices. She lied about a few things and seems like she is extremely tired and lazy to talk to anyone. Some of the choices I made I am unhappy with and have no way of changing it. One unhappy customer.

β β β β β I am having worst experiencing with this builder from home decor center selection to closing date. If you buying form this builder do not expect any customer service and ready to face rude and humiliating staff winch will ruin the excitement of new house. They will miss lead you in section of different products and will not install even you paid them upfront.

β β β β β I was charged extra when I requested the builder to not install their generic towel rack and toilet paper holder (I wanted to install my own). How does that make sense? It costs more to not do something?

β β β β β If you are first time home buyer then beware that, This builder will play techniques to sale home. Even the HomeDecor (the place where you select your upgrades )will not give you any suggestions or idea. Even some items are standard and not listed in your colorchart. They have made us fool by not tell us and not mentioned shower jam in the color chart. We have selected brown tone color for our bathroom. When we visited our home which was under final stage to complete. We notice that shower jam which was not mentioned in color chart and they installed in grey color. When we complained about it at customer support center. They said sorry,now nothing can be done, if you need to replace then you have to pay from own pocket. ?, this is not a professional approach or sign of good customer care.

β β β β β Tens of thousands of dollars in upgrades, paid on the spot, because we had no option but to choose what they offer. They told us the appliance upgrade would need to happen afterwards since they don't have current inventory. We sent list of appliances right after our appointment over 6 weeks ago and they're still not finalized. We've been given the run around by our design consultant (Elizabeth), and the Home Decor Centre director (Corey) doesn't seem to care to return our calls.
We are hopeless and frustrated by all this unprofessionalism on a home that we are going to be living in for a long time to come.
