β β β β β I dropped off 3 rugs with Joe for cleaning. Even though they were ready a week later, Joe was kind enough to wait for me to come pick them up 2 weeks late. Communication/customer service is top notch. Joe is knowledgeable and patient. Great little shop. Will definitely come back for my carpet/rug needs in the future. A+

Joe was right on time both for pick up and drop offs.
They gave us a very reasonable rate for four rugs and they did a nice job on cleaning without any damages.
Overall very happy with the service and would recommend them.

He described the services they can provide with a fair price and delivery estimation. He delivered as scheduled and I am very satisfied with the results. The overall experience was excellent.

I have had Joe clean my Persian and regular rugs and took great care in making fine repairs to my old tapestry. Joe is a very reasonable person to deal with and knows his business. β β β β β Persian Rug Services was great!!! They got dog pee out of our area rug and fixed another. One that the dog chewed a whole on. You canβt even tell it happened. They are very nice, professional, and speedy! Will be using them again!
