β β β β β Professional and super helful - we finally stopped our mystery leak
We have had a small, slow leak into the ceiling and wall of our bathroom for over 3 years, that my husband and father were unable to find the source of. They kept thinking they had determined the cause, repaired the damage and then it would recur. Meanwhile I was so worried about the damage this leak was doing to our house and the possibility of mold and the related health issues my family could be exposed to. I decided to reach out to a professional for help and was so glad when I found Roy and his team. Roy was quickly responsive to my request and over the phone and with some pictures I sent via email had new ideas we had not explored of what the source could be. Two of his team members came on site to review and confirm the source and helped us to fix it. They gave us comprehensive advice on how to ensure the area should be dried out and then allowed my husband and father to use their handyman skills to repair the wall and ceiling one last time. Roy also pointed out other issues that could lead to problems, such as how our eavestrough was connected. I would highly recommend Roy and his team to others.

β β β β β I used Conner and Associates to help me when my basement flooded (toilet overflowed from sewer). I called them in a panic and they were able to supply the right resources to stop the leak, rip out my basement and redo everything. It looks so much better than it did before!! their response time was amazing and I thank you and your team Roy for a great experience when in complete panic.
