About Delize Inc

Sarah Taylor is our administrative assistant and her goal is to make all of our clients feel welcome, cared for, and valued while tending to the many daily tasks of office life.

She joined us in February of 2021 and her experience in medical administration, home staging, and warehouse management has strengthened her natural skills in organization and efficiency, as well as giving her a keen eye for detail, balance, and design. If a client is having trouble choosing that perfect accent tile to go in their new bathroom or kitchen Sarah is ready to help!

Sarah and Daniel met at church in 2018 and they bonded quickly over their love of all kinds of music, exploring new places, and experiencing new things. In her off-hours Sarah is learning to be a bonus mom to Daniel’s two children, loves puttering in the yard, and is planning all of the renovations she wishes to do in her own little home.

We had our outdoor space made over and some indoor repairs done from previous renos with other companies. Delize made the repairs we requested on our interior and we are very pleased with the workmanship - it is much better then what they started with! Our outdoor space is much more useable, maintenance free, and will give our family hours of entertainment in the years ahead. We will be calling Delize for our next renovation project!

We hired them in early 2021 to completely renovate our upstairs bathroom, and replace the countertops, backsplash, sink and faucets in the kitchen of our 100+ year old house. This was our first major interior renovation, and Delize was a pleasure to work with. Our detailed quote was easy to understand and pricing was clear and transparent, and from there we felt there was excellent communication through all stages of the project. The various crews that were in our home (in the middle of a pandemic while we were madly working from home!) were really respectful of our space, and did their very best to keep disruption of our lives to a minimum. The quality of the work is fantastic (the tiling is just top notch), and we were really pleased with their attention to detail with the final walk through. We love our beautiful new bathroom, and the kitchen update is a huge improvement. We would certainly hire Delize again in a heartbeat!

Delize recommended a Suntunnel which we agreed to and which they installed. It is brilliant. Work was reasonably priced and completed excellently. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering house renovations. We intend to engage them again in the summer to do additional work.???

They replaced our giant bow window and fixed the rotting underneath, painted the whole house, changed flooring and lighting for the main floor, updated some tile in the kitchen, put in a new sink and dishwasher, created some new rooms for us and much more. They were accommodating with our changing preferences and helped us find lower cost solutions to make our older home look like a new one. The communication was excellent and the office staff were very attentive. The workers that came into the home were polite, respectful of the space and cleaned up really well mid project when we wanted to move in early. They went over and above in everything they did and we couldn't be happier. We are already planning to update the old windows in this place and do a complete bathroom renovation and will be calling Delize Inc again soon.

The renovations, repair and upgrades they completed in our home are of superior quality. They work until it reaches the desired end result and don't take shortcuts or accept anything less than perfection. If we call them with a problem, they are quick to fix in. Something that blew us away is that when they inspect their work and find flaws, they point it out and insist on fixing it and of course its at no additional cost, The owner Benjamin is easy to work with and has alot of expertise. He hires very skilled, respectful and hard working staff. We have used Delize for many home improvements and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting superior quality workmanship.
