★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked at Aventura Marketing for about 3 years, from September 2018 to August 2021 and I have to say this platform really introduced me to sales from the start up for both constant learning and earning, and development into a sales professional.
Management with Jatin as my first mentor/trainer and owner of Aventura Marketing and, also the Sales Manager Gaurav, I will confidently say this was THE BEST management I have encountered in my sales experience , super friendly, helpful and they always look to improvement , the employee’s continuous development.
The pay structure is amazing for an entry level position and it is certainly possible to make a huge paycheque here as Aventura Marketing is VERY GENEROUS. Team parties, office training, free food, and of course, uncapped earning opportunity and continuous learning environment developed me into sales professional very thoroughly.
If you want amazing compensation, opportunity for travel, office training provided and have an interest in sales, no doubt this would be the smartest decision STARTING your career here.
If I didn’t pursue my university goals, I would MOST DEFINITELY come back to Aventura Marketing. Thank you for everything!

The mentors and managers are super friendly and helpful and they always look for the room of employee’s continuous development. Their pay structure is amazing and it is certainly possible to make a huge paycheque here. An uncapped earning opportunity and continuous learning environment made me a sales pro. If you want to be master in sales and want to see your career in Sales then just go for it.

The staff and managing heads were very cordial and understanding and willing to give me an opportunity to thrive and develop my skills of communication and salesmanship. They were even willing to take me back twice when sudden shifts came in my life and I needed a support to fall back upon. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked as a Senior Sales Consultant for 15 months, coming from a totally different background this place was completely ready to invest in me and trained me right from the scratch. The layers within the management structure is very helpful and always there to guide or answer you patiently. This is the place to learn sales from experienced managers who are very generous and they include both hourly + commission pay (Which is great too). If you are someone who is interested in sales I highly recommend Aventura Marketing

I recomend this sales position to anyone who wants to make money because the commission is uncapped, and you will learn alot in the sales industry and make good friends and work with staff that have great ethics.
