β β β β β Words cannot describe how helpful Khrystyna at Congra Immigration Services was when helping me with my permanent residency application. Not only did she answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner, but she was also incredibly kind and patient. I never felt that my questions were silly or annoying even though I've had hundreds of them and wanted them all answered! Despite the two hour difference in time, I found that I was always able to reach Khrystyna. She definitely has what I lack - the attention to detail and the patience for all the tedious tasks. Once my pr application was submitted it only took a month for me to get an invitation for biometrics and medical exam. A month, not a year! If you go to Khrystyna ,at times ,you'll feel like you have already filled out all forms and sent all the documents, and yet she'll still ask you for more ??and that is because she's incredible and she goes above and beyond to make sure your application is going to get approved. Every penny worth the service provided by Khrystyna at Congra. I'd put 10 starts if I could!!
