She made me feel relaxed and comfortable with a procedure that I normally find quite distressing. I discovered Dr. Samir’s Jaffer last year, when I was looking a for a new dentist since the one I had retired. I had been seeing him for close to thirty years, so I was nervous about going to a new dentist. I have not been disappointed! I have only praise for Dr. Jaffer and the staff at Concourse Dental Group.

I have a dentist phobia and can be very difficult to deal with, but everyone goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable, whether its bringing me a blanket or putting on the food channel to help distract me. I highly recommend this office.

She takes the time to get to know her patients and is incredibly kind, on top of being an excellent dentist. She has a fantastic team of assistants and hygienists - I have seen several of them and have never had a bad experience. I have also never once had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen upon arrival for my appointments, after having been a regular patient for approximately 7 years. Highly recommend!
