By the time I left I had a massive panic attack, was dehumanized by the Endodontist telling me how Canadians don't know true pain because his grandmother had two stillbirths and a giant hole in my tooth that wasn't filled. At no point during my appointment with the Endodontist (Dr Singh) was I informed of this. When I called Admin back this was rectified (kind of) by putting a filling in. The issue comes with the fact that Dr Singh also 'shortened' the tooth by filing it down so it wouldn't press against other teeth and crack further. This shaving of the tooth down has now made it so that there isn't enough tooth for a crown to be put on. I'd have to get a $1500 procedure done called a crown lengthening procedure to get the crown. So to recap. I went in for a consultation and left with a problem that I cannot afford to fix it. If you think this is a good and acceptable dental visit, then by all means. Visit them and ask for Dr. Singh while I seriously consider a lawsuit. I will say that the people at the front desk were incredible and super polite despite everything going on. True professionals. Even the administrator/manager I spoke with had that level of professionalism. But Dr Singh is a NIGHTMARE.

I felt validated and taken care of by every person on the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kilislian and her outstanding practice.

These people, from the admin, to hygienists, to the dentist, such kind and great folks! They give honest feedback and explain what's going on with my teeth which I've never had before, really appreciate it.

Dentists and support staff are knowledgeable, friendly, caring & empathetic to your needs; reinforcement of cleanliness; they ask the right questions of any health issues to keep their records updated and suggest the best procedures for your needs. The offices are filled with artwork that present a calmness upon entering. Receptionists will work with you with ANY queries that you may have. SMILE......!

From reception to hygienists to dentists, [the whole team] is knowledgeable, extremely friendly and-dare I say, easy on the eyes too…oh did I mention the office is superhero themed AND they have arcade games in the reception area- the kids will love it!. 10/10
