Stay away from this company. Very poor quality and no instructions. Never again .

Steer clear of their wood products. Especially on custom orders. Very poor quality, made from cheap material, poor packaging, poorly assembled, poorly designed. It might look good for a month or so, but it will wear out quite soon.

Products are different than they appear on the website. The Aspen doors do not have the shiny inlaid trim and is false advertising. The company did not respond to my email so get one star for this and a warning to everyone.

I received wood barn doors and the rail hardware system. Products were delivered ahead of schedule and were of very good quality. Customer service was excellent too. I was glad to pay a little extra for these quality Canadian doors.

I matched the barn door hardware kit (#640) to the display at Lowes Hardware. When I opened the box, it was not what was shown in the display photo. It was supposed to be rails for a bypass door, but only had one. The kit also requires you to drill your own holes into the metal — this is for a kit that is supposed to have premade pieces that are quick & easy to instal. Getting the pieces out were tricky enough as well, because they are literally inplanted deep inside the solid foam packaging. To make things worse, their instructions are incomplete and only provide written communications for step 1 of 7. None of the parts are numbered. The bottom of the page where contact info is given is only in French. I managed to spot the (1)-800 number, but when you call any English spoken is broken or inaudible. When you press #9 for service in English, it is hard to understand and eventually switches back to French... In a country like Canada where both French AND English are official languages, I'm even questioning the legality of this. If you are a Canadian company selling your products to English-speaking markets in Canada, provide assistance in English as well as French! And please hire someone who can actually speak Englsh to record your messages for telephone services or to answer the phone.

Won't be buying anything from these guys again. The instructions - you can barely read them. The company used a really cheap printer with tiny letters. Almost looks like it was written on a napkin. No youtube videos like most companies have. The instructions don't tell you what size of bit you need to drill holes into your barn door. It just says 1-1 1/4. After some very careful drilling turns out it was a 5/16 drill bit you needed. The metal for the screws is really cheap soft metal that strips the second you start drilling the screw into the wall. Make a stop at the hardware store and get some proper screws for this product. Oh and emails with questions? Forget about it. After two weeks of waiting the company won't bother to respond. People say buy Canadian. Well I bought from this Quebec based company and am really disappointed. By the way, some of the instructions and product info is in french only but you can use google translate to figure out the info. Product sells at Lowes but I'm not sure why Lowes would carry it. Brutal product.

The product is not bad quality (we have bought Bali sliding doors through Lowe's), though I am giving this comment without any wear & tear happened, we have just opened the package yesterday. But the installation instructions are unbelievably inadequate. Why would manufacturers not invest their time to prepare more detailed manuals and also explanatory videos to make the installation process easier, especially for people who are not great at this kind of tasks? Also, as we are the ones who make the measurements as amateurs, when you make even a 1/4" measuring mistake, you are screwed, therefore; the doors should have the height adjustment capability up to a couple of inches at least. A little disappointed...
