★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed to my summers, which are on wheels, and there was a noticeable steering wheel 'flutter' at around 100-110 KM/hr.
In it went to get tires balanced! While there the guy who was balancing the tires said a couple wheels were bent!
I told them to put the bad wheels on back thinking I would not feel it while driving! WRONG ANSWER! Till a 'flutter' in the steering wheel! (In a couple days I plan to do a 3500km drive SO this would get very annoying after a while).
Took it to The Complete Wheel Shop to have them dig into it! ALL 4 WHEELS were bent!
So a mix of city streets with big holes (Regina) and low profile tires on wide wheels resulted in needing MORE than a tire balance!
If I were to do it again, I would have gone to The Wheel Shop immediately after I was told my wheel(s) were bent and saved the money spent on original balance.
The Complete Wheel knows their stuff! All wheels were straightened and balanced in 90 minutes! The ride is excellent now!
