★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got done with my appointment and didn’t want to wait to write down on here. I went inside they gave me a form, nothing highlighted, didn’t tell me where to look all I saw upfront someone else’s name and said it looks like someone else’s name and one of receptionist literally yelled at me and pointed to where I had to look( already scared and upset me)…..then in that rush when they ask for me to sign, again didn’t point out and when I started to sign and she again yelled at me……As myself working in customer service for 5 years now, there is no single day I have treated anyone with such manner less and unprofessional behaviour, nobody goes to these kind of medical exam on daily basis and everyone needs assistance for the first time. 2 stars for the other receptionist and doctor who were so kind and professional. Hopefully the management gives her special training on how to have a respectful conversation with someone.
Update: Same person called to check about review, gave a full Justification…don’t wanna write the whole conversation….taking that 1 star out…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting is a lot, had appointment at 1:50 they called early at 1:30 and had me wait a lot and people who came late they were done early! Everything else is good though just the schedule needs some work. They told 40 minutes in total but it took me 80 minutes just for blood work and doctor, xray was still pending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other places takes about 2 hours, sometimes you have to go to another location for the x-ray but here is amazing, everything is done at one building and it takes about 30 minutes.
The best part is their flexibility and willingness to help figure out and make things easier for their clients, front desk is awesome, doctor is a combination of professionalism and down to earth which is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Complete Immigration Medical Centre for Canada Immigration medical checkups. It is a very well managed facility with proper appointment slots. People in reception gave a warm welcome and redirected us to the documentation area. After quick documentation and billing , they took us to blood tests, X-ray and doctor checks ups. All of these activities took less than 1 hours for 2 of us and they provided proof for medical checkups. Staffs were very cordial. Overall a great experience.
