★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this company back in August. Cody came to my house to provide me with an estimate to finish my basement. When he came and saw the job he seemed rushed, and not interested at all. He barely asked many questions and was more worried about his dog he had in his car then taking time to ask what we wanted. He was in and out in less then 15 minutes and said he would be sending the quote. A month went by and when I contacted the office to see where my estimate was I was told by their receptionist that she would bug Cody to get it out to me. It is now November and I have not heard from the rep or company regarding my quote. If they were uninterested in the job they should have been upfront and said that when they were here instead of wasting my time and letting me think they were interested. In my opinion they were unprofessional from start to finish. I would not contact them unless you want to be lied to and have your time wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just needed a few strips of shingles replaced after the wind storm a couple of weeks ago. Cody and Mandy were super helpful and responsive, and the job was completed earlier than originally thought. Will definitely be calling them next time I need a job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them mid April as to get a quote. They came within a couple of days as to generate a quote. I'd not been given a quote so I called them two weeks later. The secretary said I'd hear back soon. It's now mid July and they've still not replied.
