They will then also want proof of rent payments, notices of assessments, credit checks, spouse's information etc. etc. etc. 2.) They claim they'll have an answer 1-2 days. WRONG. I spent over a week jumping through hoops and supplying document after document. 3.) Best rates? WRONG. Close to 20% is robbery. 4.) Approval when the banks say no? WRONG. If your bank says no, I assure you, these folks will also say no. Try OnDeck financing instead!
