Great spot for storage, except tight corners with moving truck so be careful

I store all my stuff there. Staff are very nice the area is clean and well maintained

Very friendly reasonable place. They are helpful and understanding. Facility is well kept and it is nice that I got 24 hr access to the fully gated yard. The prices are very reasonable compared to the other storage facilities in the area.

Love the owners. Love the office lady! I recommend insurance as per the contract because although I've seen Orkin in the property, pests happen! This is true for anywhere though. Great variety of units at a very reasonable price with many options to pay, including etransfer!

My boyfriend and I had rented a unit as we were in the process of moving to a smaller home. Upon entering the unit last month ( after 2 months of renting) We had noticed mouse feces and urine all over our totes and boxes, and a leak in the back of the unit. Thankfully the stuff on the ground was in totes so it wasn't ruined. When we addressed it with the girl at the desk, she was unapologetic and truly seemed like she could care less. Never offered to switch us units or anything. The customer service is disgusting. We understand things happen and some things are beyond others control but it was the customer service or LACK of; that we chose to remove our belongings and rent elsewhere. I will never recommend this facility to anyone because of the unprofessional carefree attitude of the staff.

My fiance and I just moved out of this storage unit, used it for exactly 1 year. We have NEVER in our entire lives been treated the way this company treated us in moving out, BROKE our lock WITHOUT permission, TOUCHED our things with out our permission, BROKE and ENDED our contract without our permission and yes we were fully paid and up to date in payments until August 18th, 2021. To go over it, we had planned to move out at the end of July... we moved 45 minutes away, and both work full time. So I had to call and pay for 1 extra month until August 18th, to have that month to get the rest of our things from the storage unit we had been renting, which was totally fine, I was told that was OK and life happens they understand I needed that extra month. Next thing I knew (Laurie) one of the receptionists there, had been calling me every weekend asking when we were going to be fully out of the unit. I had tried telling her, we just haven't gotten time to come down due to some complications and being 45 minutes away. She than asked me if they could move out stuff out into the tiny little 4x4 office they have up front. I of course said NO, if we are paid until August 18th, we shouldn't even be having this conversation. To my surprise going there on Saturday August 14th, 2021 to finalize moving out she had BROKEN our lock, without permission, and touched our things bringing them into the office AFTER I said not too. I have no idea who these people think they are, but I am speaking with a lawyer at the moment, and am SO excited to resolve this to make sure this NEVER happens to anyone else. I wish you didn't even have to use 1 star for companies leaving a review, because this company doesn't deserve that.

We had been storing here since before this company took over this facility. Recently, we stopped by to pick up our Christmas decorations to find our unit completely full of mouse feces and urine. Thousands of dollars worth of belongings have been ruined (including our sectional sofa and our daughters baby clothing). When we spoke with the lady in the office and the owners their response was ‘we’ve never had any problems before’. There is zero preventative pest control anywhere on site and the overhead doors easily allow rodents to enter under the bottom seal. Upon discussion with another tenant in the same row as us, he too discovered his unit full of mouse droppings. No offer for restitution from the owners/office staff. We’ve had no choice but to dispose of things and move our unit elsewhere. It’s costed us thousands of dollars, hours worth of our time and a lot of unnecessary stress— save yourself the headache and store somewhere else. Also, there is no easy way to make your monthly payments. It’s only in person or over the phone with a credit card.
