M	Mohammed Asim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only one person working who does fingerprinting and no one else at reception, I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and the main door was locked, I knocked and tried buzzer but no one opened the door for 10 minutes. I can understand due to covid they don't want to have more than 1 person in at a time but atleast acknowledge and let us know to wait out and they'll call when it's time so we know what's going on.

She makes sure that we got all the correct information required for my HKPC. The process is fast and easy and we're done in less that 15 mins.

We were late for our appointment by a few mins because we couldn't locate the building and reached for our appointment all nervous. But Matt calmed us down and completed the process quickly. It was a great experience and I recommend their services.

J	Justin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These two gentlemen (though that is a kind word to describe them) were providing security for Service Canada in Niagara Falls yesterday, and put me through the ringer for trying to access basic services. I arrived with a form, based on the instructions I received from a call with service Canada, and I was harassed 4 times while in the lineup, being told I was in the wrong place, and would be turned away inside. Obviously these guys have some kind of chip on their shoulder from their RCMP days or something. Even as I was next in line, I was confronted by them, and told I needed to go somewhere else. When I was finally allowed access to the building, the guard was extremely short with me as though I had wronged him somehow. I submitted my paperwork, it was stamped and forwarded on, and I left. When I went back outside, the guard refused to identify himself so I could make a formal complaint.
S	Sidney Davidson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The receptionist (senior lady) was passive aggressive and condescending. They need to mention to applicants at the time of booking appointments the correct address of the service. Commissionaries are located in the Starbucks building- not in the building that the address they provide takes us to. More transparency is needed. They should also specify that their machines close at 3:30 at the time of appointment. Wasted half a day of work, drove so long only for sheer disappointment. Horrible!

I was welcomed into the office, given necessary advice that I was searching for and support in obtaining the necessary documents. Matt was taking care of us, and he made the experience so easy and helped us beyond what was expected. Incredibly grateful for their service.
