About Comfortable Home Systems
I did some research and decided on this company because they offered a good price. They, as it turns out do excellent work. If you have a concern they contact you immediately and come as soon as possible to fix the issue. I was so happy with their cost and service, I had them install the same in my two daughter’s homes too. I had them repair my gas fireplace as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Manny from Comfortable Home Systems to do an in house estimate for an A/C unit. On the phone he sounded like a good person to deal with, but that changed as soon as he showed up to my house. He was very rude to deal with. I was asking him questions about the job and the product and he would reply back with smart arrogant remarks. I'm not to familiar with a/c units, i just wanted to know what i was getting. As for pricing he was way over the top compared to the other 2 quotes i got after him. I would never recommend Comfortable Home Systems. This company is dishonest and just overall rude to deal with. Spend your money some where else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at Comfortable Home Systems are terrific!!! I needed a new A/C and Barb at Comfortable Homes was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me with my Insurance company in hopes that i could be covered for the service. It took a lot of back and forth with trying to get ahold of insurance adjusters etc. and I appreciate all of her hard work. In the end... my insurance did refuse to pay..However, Comfortable home Systems offered me a fantastic payment plan that hardly effects the budget at all. I recommend this company to anyone and they have truly earned my business for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable Home Systems was very difficult to work with. They charged us 3 hours labour to drive around looking for a gas valve which was located by John Wood and sent out the over night. When I wanted to discuss the labour charges Manny threatened my wife that he was going to have his technician go and remove the part which was a part that was warrantied. This has been a terrible situation and to make matters worse, having to deal with a terrible, threatening business. Greg, the certified technician who worked on my hot water tank was outstanding.

Manny came to quote the job, he showed up on time and was very professional/knowledgeable. We could tell he had many years experience and ultimately this is why we choose to go with them, their quote was also very competitive in comparison with the other 2 we received. They fit us in with a week, installed within a half day and were very clean and respectful of our home. They explained everything to me very good(I'm not good with that stuff) & all and all we were extremely happy with their service. We will definitely be using them again in the future and have/would recommended them to our family/friends. Thank you Comfortable Home Systems for keeping us cool!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past year Comfortable Home Systems has installed both an air conditioning unit for us and replaced our furnace. They got the ac unit in quickly during a heat wave, and then replaced our furnace quickly in an emergency situation during an extreme cold spell.
