★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A1 Heating - "Expect the Exceptional"! Our request for a technician was responded to immediately and service performed within hours of the initial call. Our technician (Tim) investigated the issue, obtained the parts required and installed a new zone valve and thermostat and explained why the parts were required and what the issue was. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that the job was done right! Thanks Darlene and Tim. Great job as always!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues with my furnace about 3 weeks ago. The minute I phoned A1 heating, the receptionist was very receptive and professional. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. Quinton, the technician was very prompt and very attentive to my concerns. He actually came by three times as my furnace was giving me grief and we couldn’t really pinpoint the issue the first time around. He was very thorough, patient and transparent with all quotes. He did nothing without explaining, and gave me always his honest opinion. I never felt he was there to make more money. He treated me like I was one of his family members ?. My furnace is still running. Thank you Quinton and A1 heating team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The information/notification system A-1 has in place is very professional and keeps the customer informed. They send a text with the technicians name, picture, qualifications and a bit about them. The text also includes a map to let you know where they technician is and when he will arrive!
Nolan and Stephen were very friendly and professional. They showed me what they were doing and asked my opinion on where I wanted the lines to run. They kept me up to date on the progress and what step of installation they were at. They were very neat and tidy. I was very impressed and pleased with the service. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a burst pipe in our basement in the intense cold during Christmas. The technician came very promptly and repaired in no time at all. Very professional service. We have used them before for furnace and AC installations and other plumbing repairs. Every time it has been 5 star service and fair prices. Would recommend this company as your first call for all heating and plumbing installation and repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were fantastic from start to finish! They provided excellent sales advice based on issues I was having and tailored the solution to fit my needs and fix existing issues. The installers were accommodating and even started a little later on day 2 when my teenager was still asleep. They checked with me when deciding how to run lines and where to place a return and made sure that the final solution was what I wanted. I've now got one of the best complete HVAC solutions I've seen and I didn't know what I was missing. The system is unbelievable - quiet, efficient and the temperature remains constant. I love the thermostat with the app too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an AC unit installed today by Nolan and Stjepan, with electrical done by Ted. All 3 of the A-1 technicians were professional and took pride in their work. Nolan clearly explained the work they would be doing and inspected the site for anything that might require extra planning before starting the installation. The installation and electrical work was completed efficiently and neatly. Cables, coils and piping were installed securely and in a tidy professional fashion. Absolutely no mess was left by any of the crew, in fact, our furnace room may now be cleaner than when they arrived!
After the work was completed Nolan explained the next steps (AC installed in the winter, so they will need to return in the spring to activate the system) and tips for maintaining the system. The entire job was completed as if they were installing the system in their own home and we definitely appreciated their level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Although our AC unit is not operational yet, I have no doubt it will be running smoothly when they return to activate it in the spring considering the professional and detailed job they did today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ End of the day a furnace is a furnace and AC is AC.
There's so many different options and companies to chose from and the explanation of the different choices/options from the start was great. It was never a sales pitch, just simply explaining what the options were and the benefits of each of them.
Where A-1 Heating separates themselves from everyone else is in the install and customer care. We just had the entire Daikin FIT Furnace, AC, Humidifier and Thermostat system installed in our home and the quality of work was outstanding. The venting being run as tightly as possible to the ceiling and hidden all while still maintaining the proper slope for drainage and the overall clean look of the install once done is just fantastic. The technicians were always on time and able to explain everything and answer any questions we had, they were very approachable and personable. The technicians were also very courteous of our home and kept a very clean working environment the whole time. Hauled away all the garbage, laid down protective mats on the floors and just respected our home as though it was their own.
Very happy with the entire process from start to finish and will definitely be recommending A-1 Heating in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had two gentlemen from A-1 Heating come to my house and install a condenser to an existing evaporator that I had installed last year. I was very impressed by how professional the AC system was installed and the attention to detail is what really caught my eye. The brackets to the house wall were installed perfectly with a perfect level condenser in the end. The line set bending and routing was exceptional along with the wiring to the the furnace. An outstanding effort with perfect results. Very impressed with the work ethic and cordial demeaner present with both gentlemen. An outstanding final product and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for future work. Well done gentlemen!!
