★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our house was previously owned by a do it yourself plumber. Furnace Solutions were amazing to deal with and fixed the hack job which was previously installed. To start they were willing to come from Edmonton to our rural address which is west of Stony Plain. The guys were personable, friendly and on time. Our quote was very reasonable and there were no hidden issues or surprises. I will be referring anyone who asks me to this company. 10/10

I booked an estimate online, and someone contacted me shortly after. The salesperson Nick explained the pros and cons of forced air and infrared garage heaters, and what size I would want. Able to answer all my questions.
The techs I had for the install (Tyler and Gabe) were also both very professional, my heater looks at least as good as the installs on their website, and I'm really happy with the Reznor unit. Nice and quiet, and my garage was warm within minutes.
And between the time from booking the estimate to the install, I was contacted to confirm dates and pricing, and was never left wondering along the way.
Very happy with my decision to choose Furnace Solutions, and will update my review in Spring after an air conditioner installation!
Update: Got Air Conditioning! Same excellent quality and customer service as before. Very professional, perfect install, works great, and very competitive pricing.
I’ll be back if I need anything, and will tell anyone I know to do the same.

New Years morning, house temperature was 12C with no furnace. Called A1 Heating (sister company of Furnace Solutions) at 8 a.m. Technician, Jason, arrived within 40 minutes, diagnosed issue and reviewed options. My decision was to replace the furnace with a Daikin DM96VC. Working magic, Jason provided space heaters and arranged to have the furnace installed the next day. Installers, Nolan and Stephen showed up at 8 a.m. Sunday morning and completed the installation. Jason stopped in to make sure everything was fine. What a way to start the new year! With the space heaters and our fireplace we managed to keep the house temperature at 18C overnight.
The staff at A1 Heating and sister company Furnace Solutions were outstanding. Thank you!

Right from the first time I contacted the company for a quote, right up until booking the installation I had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly, courteous and definitely willing to work with me in my schedule.
On the day of my installation, the installation technicians arrived on time, they reviewed exactly where the garage heater was going to go and also advised me that due to the fact of my garage being finished the wiring and cabling would be exposed. I was absolutely aware of this and was very excepting. When the installation was completed I was extremely happy. The work was done neat, clean and very professional.
I would like to send out a great big thank you to our installers and all of the office staff for being very accommodating. This should be a warm comfortable winter in our garage.

I called Furnace Solutions at 0830 am and their tech was knocking on my door before noon. Resolved the issue in less than an hour. Very grateful with their prompt and professional service and will definitely use Furnace Solutions in the future. Thanks Furnace Solutions you saved us from a very chilly weekend.
