He showed me everything that he was doing, explained the process and gave me multiple options so I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into anything. The service was thorough, thoughtful and gave us great peace of mind that our furnace maintenance is in good hands with Comfort Masters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave was very informative and efficient. He quickly determined our PureAir S had not been connected with our furnace circuit board when it was installed as a completely new system. Everything is now working properly and we can finally measure the
remaining life of our filter and UV components. Due to his case load that day he arrived right at the end of our appointment block (4pm) but still worked through, finishing after 8pm. Impressive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My AC unit has been repaired after no cooled air was found. Their technician David L attended the service call. He paid a few visits and successfully repaired the unit. Among many HVAC technicians, David is the one of the best. He quickly found the leak in the indoor evaporator. The indoor coil i.e. evaporator was replaced. For the most part, the service is under warranty and it was free to us. As an HVAC engineer myself, I have met a lot of HVAC technicians. Not many of them are willing to do a thorough investigation to find leaks and simply recommend customers to replace the entire AC system, let alone to open air duct and put soap water on the indoor coil to look for leaks. Finding leaks in an indoor evaporator is cumbersome and could be time consuming. David took the refrigerant charge very seriously and tested it out to reach the optimal level. Even our dog loved David because he treated the dog with kindness. We are highly satisfied with his service and are recommending them for your next service call.

He was very patient and explained everything he was doing and answered all my dumb questions. It was a pleasure to deal with Dave and he represents your company at the highest level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave stopped by and was fast to work. He diagnosed that I needed a new circuit breaker and gave me a quote. Since I was comfortable with electrical world I told him I could do the install of the new breaker. All was good and he gave me lots of good point on maintenance!
