★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so they were amazing they came in almost a week earlier then they they finished the work fast and did a great job also we got top of the line AC units for an amazing price I couldn't think of a bad thing they did if I tried also communication was great calls everyday with updates. Just great company with great people from the owner on down will be using them for years to come. Thanks Corey and Jessica you've help us through so many things this summer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first had Cody at CGS perform furnace maintenance several years ago , and we were impressed with the service. Then, at the beginning of this past summer when we decided to add a Trane A/C to our home, we immediately contacted CGS again. Cody provided a quotation which we found acceptable, and the installation was done very nicely and on schedule even though there were some unusual requirements due to tight spaces and physical locations. But that was not the end of it. Late this past fall when our previous furnace had a component fail, with no replacement part available, we did not hesitate to have Cody and the CGS team install a new Trane furnace. Once again the installation was nicely done and on a very timely basis in spite of the tight spaces. Cody has since returned briefly while en route to some other service call just to ensure that everything was working well. We are very satisfied with the furnace and smart thermostat, and this combination keeps our home very comfortable while being the quietest furnace we have ever had. We highly recommend Cody and the team at CGS HVAC for great service.

Now I have turn off the gas for the whole building and install one myself. Very unprofessional
Update after owner's reply:
True I was having my own financial issues with a client on a job you were involved on. I made my payments in full in agreed upon installments and actually it's you that owns me money as you mentioned I overpaid and you never credited me back and/or got back to me when questioned about overpayment.
This review is for the rough in you did and on this particular job the 1/5 is for leaving me without a shutoff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transparent pricing, same day response and service. Brenden was kind and polite and answered all my questions. Cody delivered the part to my place while Brenden was here to ensure i wasn't without heat for the nightand they even offered temp heating solutions should i have had to gobe without my furnace for the evening. Will definitely be my hvac service provider of choice going forward.
