- a step stool fell off it’s perch in my garage & scratched the back drivers side door & left a few marks. I was going to leave it, but I have used Industrial park collision before & they do outstanding work! The scratches are buffed out so well, you would never know they were there before at all.
The service, quality & the speediness of service is top notch, highly highly recommended!! Do not use anyone else, as these guys are THE go to guys for all your body work needs!!

Our insurance company had CSN as their place of choice in Orillia for repairs. We checked out CSN's reviews and decided this was the place to take our vehicle. We have to say that they fully lived up to their reviews and more. Not only did they repair the body work and paint to the point where you cannot notice there ever being a dent they gave us back a vehicle that was cleaned inside and out! Fantastic caring customer service and extremely accommodating friendly staff. A simple thank you is just not enough!! We are so impressed that they will get all our business in the future! They were my first choice, to go back to for a dent repair. I met with Tyler he took pictures and told me I would have the quote by end of day. He also was upfront and told me it would be a couple weeks before it could get in. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything back after a week, and multiple calls.
Edit:
Within an hour of posting, a call was received. The quote was sent right away.
That's the type of customer service I have experienced in the past!
