They are quick to answer the phone or to return a call. Communication is clear, friendly and professional. Being the owner of Comfort Keepers Victoria, Brecon's standards are high, so we know that he only hires the best in the field to take care of our loved ones which gives us peace of mind.

Brecon and the office staff have been making their rounds to all of the homecare workers at work to show how much that they appreciate us with gifts and a mini outdoor dance party with balloons and thank you signs. I feel cared for and appreciated as an employee at Comfort Keepers.

The dedication and attention everyone in the company showed, alongside their compassion and obvious care for their work, was a source of strength in a very hard time. Brecon and Alex genuinely care for their clients and go above and beyond at every step. My experiences with them and their team of nurses and caregivers like Suzanne were everything I was hoping for and more. Would recommend them 10 times out of 10 for care and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a top drawer service- at all levels. I used Comfort Keepers for the daily needs of my very elderly visiting parents. From my initial email inquiry (I got a response within an hour) to the assessment of their requirements and needs (coordinator came out to my office) to the very professional, caring and fun care-givers who gave my elderly mother superb and dignified care. Questions were answered promptly by phone, text or email. It made the visit pleasant (all I had to be was a daughter!) and healthy for all. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without question.

The care was enabled via a consistent core set of care-givers who got to know my mother and also provided treasured social time during a time my mother could not venture out.
