I always appreciate the fact that I never have to remember to place my annual order of calendars. They contact me and help me every step of the way and are prompt placing the order as well as getting ro me in plenty of time. Good Job, & Good People!!!

We have done business with COMDA for 14 years! They make any transaction so easy. I never have to worry about quality, selection, price or customer support. They are so friendly and get the job done. Not many companies these days are as efficient as COMDA.

Terrible experience! Our company has been a customer for many many years. We usually order our calendars in late October to ship out to our customers after the Thanksgiving holiday. Last year was a bit different. I received shipping confirmation but the delivery update came changing from day to day on the carriers website. After 1 week, I called Comda customer service. I told the rep exactly what the situation was and that my package was clearly lost. I asked if she would be able to call FedEx since she was the shipper. She put me on hold and when she came back on the line she proceeded to read what I had already told her was posted. I told her that it was the same thing that I had seen for a week. She said the update was that the package was to be here that same day. I told her that it said that DAILY and asked again if she would kindly call FedEx as my due date was approaching. She kept repeating that it would be here today and became argumentative with me. I told her that I was asking her to please check for me and again, she repeated the site said it would be here again. At this point, I was very frustrated and raised my voice and I asked what the point is to call and ask for help if I am not going to get any. She then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a manager. The manager was very apologetic and said would send me a replacement shipment and I would receive in a few days along with free items. I never did receive anything free but my package was received as she stated. Needless to say, this was my last year being a customer to Comda. Any company that would hire a person that hangs up on a customer is not worth dealing with.

Calendars are a great value. Quick and easy to order and the service is excellent. Promo products are pretty good as well. Tons of options when looking for that personal touch. Definitely recommend.

I ordered 160 custom printed t-shirts at an excellent price. The ordering process went smoothly. When my package arrived I was shocked to see the print job was not what I had approved, an error somewhere between the design team and the person running the press. Completely unusable t-shirts. After sending a pic of the finished product to customer service, the order was reprinted and sent out in a timely manner. The quality of the printing was very good. Would have given 5 stars except for the error that I feel should have been caught at the press. I would order again from Comda .

I have placed many orders with COMDA. The quality, prices and speed of shipment is always great! Their customer service is amazing too. You can request samples to make sure the product is what you are looking for. Highly recommend them!! I will keep using them for my business, for sure

We order wall calendars for our business every year. Great quality, great variety-something for everyone, and the best prices I have found. This year, they were delayed somewhat, due to a shortage of paper they said. In the past, however, this has never been an issue, and I don't anticipate it being one once things get back to normal. You will not regret doing business with Comda.

Hello, I would love to be able to share our most recent experience with your company. I have had you make our caps for my sanitation business for a few years. My wife and I purchased a local ice cream stand last summer and this year we decided to change things up. Our logo is a little complicated and very bright. Your art department was a little unsure at how the colors would look together, and after an email exchange, we left it in their hands. Well, the result was AMAZING!!! We are so happy with the way these caps turned out, so we will definitely be ordering more. Could you PLEASE pass our gratitude of a job well done to whoever made this happen? Also, we are about 80 miles south of Buffalo so if anybody ever comes down to the Kinzua area, please have them look us up. Thank you again, and looking for many years of business with COMDA.
