This was my first time ordering custom t-shirts online. I was "helped" by Jason Sterling and I caution anybody who decides to place an order with him or his company for that matter. After sending an e-mail inquiring about cost (including shipping and processing) and how long it would take for the order to be delivered to my doorstep, he clearly gave me a time frame of 7-10 days and a firm quote for the number of shirts I wanted to order. I needed the order completed by April 28th of this year so I figured if I placed the order on April 14th, it would be finished in plenty of time. Any normal person would think so too right? WRONG! My credit card was charged on the 14th (the day I placed my order) and he failed to reply promptly to my numerous e-mails regarding a receipt for my order. After about the third e-mail he finally sent me an invoice for the order that included a $25 freight charge. Wait a minute! I thought I asked for all applicable fees BEFORE I placed my order? Why wasn't I informed of this charge beforehand!?! After about seven days I received nothing from Jason regarding the status of my order. I figured shipping would take about 2-3 days (I live in London) so I e-mailed him again asking for an update. After the third e-mail he told me that it wouldn't be shipped until the 25th. Wait a minute! I thought he told me that the order would take 7-10 days to arrive at my doorstep? Eleven days later and it still hasn't shipped yet?!?! If it was going to take longer, or there was a delay in the process why wouldn't he have informed me? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So the 25th of April rolls around and I decided to give Jason a call to make sure that the order was indeed shipped (as he told me in his previous e-mail). He then told me that it wouldn't be shipped until the 28th...... Once again I personally voiced my displeasure while on the phone and after giving me a half-hearted apology, he then told me he would look at my order and refund me some of the cost for the delay, and for breaking his word a number of times to me (the very least he should have done). My order finally arrived on April 30th. Seventeen (17) days after it was placed my credit card was charged. I have not received any follow up from Jason or the company, or any reimbursement for the delay and unprofessional service I received. So now I am here writing this review so that anyone who thinks about working with Jason Sterling or his company are forewarned about any promises they might make to them. I would suggest ordering from a local agent, or someone who actually stands by their word. The shirts themselves turned out as expected. But then again after the way I was treated, I wasn't expecting much... A.J. Stephen

(aka sterling screen printing aka t shirt elephant) 6+ years working with screen printers and have never experienced such a poorly managed company - they have been holding our goods hostage for over two months. no one will respond to you, via phone or email. sent couriers direct to get our goods from them, refused to give them to us. save yourself a gigantic, months-long, unmistakable headache and go elsewhere.

Now that's amazing. To confirm an order for a custom product... then have it delivered to my front door... all within the same week... is nothing short of amazing. The custom-size magnets look excellent, and I look forward to sharing them here in North America and around the world. Sincere thanks to the team at H.A.S. Marketing... swifter and MUCH more reasonable in price compared to USA printing services I've used in the past.

The ordering process was fine and friendly, but the quality of the product I received was terrible. I ordered "retail-quality fridge magnets" but what I received were buttons (which I expected) with dollar store magnetic material attached to the back. They couldn't even hold up a photo on the fridge and they crashed to the floor anytime I closed the fridge door. I was really not happy and I reached out to the company two separate times to try and get the issue resolved but have heard nothing. No response at all - not even to tell me that nothing could be done. Over 20 emails back and forth to get the order placed and then they ghosted me when I had an issue. Just SO unprofessional. I have ordered magnetic backed buttons from other companies in the past that were much much higher quality, but I was looking to find a Canadian supplier. I'm sad to say I am still on the hunt.

These guys are under the same umbrella: HAS Marketing, Sterling Screen Printing and T-Shirt Elephant. The most frustrating experience you’ll ever have with a screen printer. No customer service, zero responses to calls or emails and missed delivery dates. They’ll give you a quote, take your order and not get back to you weeks or even months at a time… If you’re lucky to get a hold of anyone, they won’t have answers, they’ll want to take your name and number, but never contact you back OR they tell you your order is shipping in the next day or two, and when you try to follow up for an update, you’re back to square one, because you can’t get a response from anyone. If you value your business and your own money, go elsewhere. There are better printers in the city where you don’t need to stress about missed deliveries, lost product or incorrect prints.

This has got be one of most unreliable companies for tshirts or custom merchandise in the city. They appear to be very professional with a beautiful facility but its the owners and customer services reps that are terrible. The second your order is received, they will want to charge your credit card in full, then they will take forever to produce your order, tell you it has to be picked up, and then more often than not, the day of pick up, the order will not be ready. I have stood around the factory on several occasions waiting for orders, they even printed my order with old artwork from a previous unrelated order and that time, the owner, Jason, tried to get mad at for the screw up. JUST PRINT THE FILES I SENT YOU! anyways, Tshirt Elephant, HAS Marketing, and Sterling Printing are all affiliated and garbage to deal with.

The customer service was fine. It could have been a bit better but honestly, it was fine. Overall order of around 40 shirts was completed in 2 days after proof approval and they came out great. The price was far cheaper than other places online and in town. Overall I was happy with the experience and will be placing more orders. I just wish they kept the screens for reorders, though, so you didn't have to pay the set up fees again.

I placed an order last December (for a Christmas gift). 5 masks and 5 T-shirts was almost $300.00! This would have been acceptable if the products were as requested, but the backs of the T shirts did not have the logo requested. Returned the shirts to have the back logo added (for additional $50.00). Continuous emails with errors and problems with payments. Situation became source of frustration and stress that I just gave up and will NEVER use this service again! Very expensive and poor quality!
