β β β β β Zack teaches a simple and straight up effective skills, techniques and mind set to take control of a situation in an altercation on the street. Every situation is shown and explained of what works and does not work in a dynamic attack, just like in the street, and how to react in order to survive. What I like about this system is its effectiveness, simplicity and real life application. The training groups are small, they consist of 4-6 people, that way you are getting a private lesson with an instructor that can teach and correct your moves, get an instant feedback and improve your skills in a short amount of time.

Zack teaches effective, practical and street-oriented self-defense skills. His training methodology is great because it includes not only physical aspects, but also psychological and situational ones. As a result, it will allow to quickly assess the situation, take it under control and effectively defend yourself.
Another important point is that the class size is 4 to 6 participants. It allows Zack to pay close attention to everybody and correct immediately if needed.
