When we arrived, we spent far too long waiting at the entrance while the employee sat 2 feet away just playing on her phone. We read the sign explaining that they only took appointments, which is not a problem at all, but the store did not lock busy, so we asked if they had any open spots. That was the first time she looked up form her phone to address us, giving us a cold ad short no. i understand that it may have been becasue of capacity limits or other restrictions which i can understand. My problem was with the staff who was so close to us that they heard us speaking, chose to sit on her phone and not even approach us as we stood in the entrance of her store. Talk about bad customer service....

My only thing is they should have something small to paint at a lower price in case you're done way before someone else. Other than this, one of my favourite places to go. Truly recommended

The customer service here is exceptional. Every penny I spent here is worth it. I will definitely visit again and again and again. Honestly, this place is a stress-buster. Thank you for such a great initiative and for providing great service always.
