★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 replacing my driver's door and speaker damaged the wiring , my speaker is on and of , they say it's not accident related , not covered -. 2 gave a cheaper ( thinner) wheel cover which rattles. 3 my door doesn't open with key , realised when my key battery died had to go home to get 2nd key 4 no one listens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally against the customer and pro insurance company as a body shop. Held my car for over month and ordered inferior quality parts! Blamed the insurance company for its policies at every step!! Could not supply with an invoice for the repair work. Worst place to get your car fixed….don’t go with body shop all repairs are mostly labor and your parts are secondary to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to South Service Road, Oakville lication for repairing my car's body after a collision Paul Barcelona was very professional and caring for all documetation, assessment and rental car. It was really quick. He completed the job before schedule. I am really satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply incompetent. NO answering phone, hung up on me when I said what is going on with my 3-month repair. Estimates of completion have been rolling now for months. Parts ordered multiple times and status of repair depends on who you phone, TD should be embarrassed to use this shop. Use your own shop for repairs if TD is your insurance
