Horrid People! As someone said can’t give 0 stars unfortunately. Credit Union always had Desjardins Visa and they were great people to deal with, great service and great rewards program. Then they all switched to Collabria and first thing our interest rate went up but thought been with the CU for many years so will just hang in. Recently had Cda Post lose our renewal card thru redirect while on holidays and had to get a replacement card. What a nightmare. Won’t send you one other than to your home or to your Branch and that took forever to work out between our CU rep and them as no Branch in the city we were in. So if you are on holidays and lose your card don’t count on Collabria to help. Wouldn’t even send card to their Head Office in same city Calgary we were in to pick up. Then tap on 2nd card failed in few months. Reps can’t help you, give you same excuses that make no sense, are rude to deal with, and give you contradictory info all the time. Tried to get spousal authorization on the card and they messed that up. Their people you speak with don’t know what their doing. Asked to speak with a supervisor and they challenge you. Don’t waste your time with these people as they obviously don’t care by all the bad reviews on here. Bad mistake by the CU’s dealing with these people. Going to pay the card off and find another company to deal with that appreciates your business.

I am never someone to complain, I usually just stick it out but I have never experienced this many problems with a company before. I decided to get my first credit card with my credit union, which I was already nervous about, but I did not think it would have been this difficult. First, they gave me the wrong card. Then it took 3 months for me to receive it. Then when I tried to log into MyCardInfo account, it said there was an error. When I called, they said my birthday was entered in wrong. Then a couple days later, they fixed it but when I tried to log in.... the other security question was ALSO spelt wrong. I called again since they had spelt my mothers maiden name wrong...but when I tried to correct them, they said it can only be under 8 characters which I was not aware of. I apologize if my mothers name is long? So, I guess when they originally entered it in to their system, they literally just spelt it wrong to fit it to 8 characters and just thought I would figure it out. So, I just made up a last name so I could finally log into my account. Again, I have never written a complaint, and I understand stuff happens considering I work in customer service, but this was a very long and frustrating experience. I hope these issues can be resolved within the company.

The worste credit card company I've ever used. My credit union switched to them from global payment. It's so bad I may need to switch banks. The people are always friendly but rarely competent and there product is at best poor.

EDIT: the day after this review someone from Collabria called me to help the best they can. She was incredibly nice, and seems to be doing everything she can to make sure the card is the best it can be for what I need. There are still major flaws that would make me 100% not suggest this card for businesses. However the person that called me assures me they are working on fixing these issues later this year/next year. I'm going to go to 2 stars (instead of the initial 1 star I posted) because of how great this person was over the phone and her follow up efforts with my account (however, the three times I called prior to her reaching out to me, every customer service person just told me "nothing I can do"). Worst credit card possible. Takes way to long for payments to show up on the card, making your credit limit basically useless. For a business credit card it is beyond awful! Strongly suggest staying away from this company, even if you have a great connection at a Credit Union (this is why I ended up with this card) helping out your business bank account; the cheaper fees of a Credit Union, don't make up for how horrible this card is. Will be switching sooner than later. (If I could give 0 stars I would)

This is the worst credit card company to exist. They destroyed my credit for a currency exchange difference of $1 and sent me to collections for a year without notifying me of the discrepancy. They had zero empathy for me in the the situation and did absolutely nothing to offer customer service. You will regret using this company.

I highly recommend avoiding credit cards offered by this company if you are expecting to be able to pay large amounts. I had a large bill coming due for my company that I was wanting to pay with my Mastercard. I knew the purchase would exceed my credit limit so I proactively transferred the full amount of funds required for the purchase on to my card days before paying the bill. I assumed this would work fine as I have paid large bills this way many times in the past with my RBC Visa. After waiting 5 days for the transferred funds to finally show up on my card, I went to pay my bill and was informed that even though I had $80,000 of funds sitting on my card, the most I'd be able to purchase would be $5000 at a time and I would not be able to make a subsequent purchase until the initial purchase had cleared, something that would take up to 2 days per transaction. To make matters worse, the only way to get the $80,000 I had transferred to my card back into my bank account, my credit union needs to do a trace and the funds won't be in my account for 10 days. Meanwhile, my bill is due and these funds are in limbo with me having no way to pay the bill. Follow up* The only solution offered to me by the company was to attempt to increase my credit limit. After a somewhat disorganized process, I was finally approved for an increase that was 1/3 the size that I had requested. I remain unsure whether to cancel the card or not but if I was starting from scratch, I certainly would not choose a card offered by Collabria again.

Being a business owner I do not agree with leaving negative reviews on google pages at the information can be miss leading, however, I would never recommend this company. They have terrible customer service, and I had nothing but troubles with them over and over again. I have several dates and times written down for when I have had to call them over issues and each time they would have my phone number wrong or my name incorrect, even after me having my bank contact them to put down the correct information. This happen on many occasions were i was not able to access my business information because they didn't have my contact info change after many attempts. Even my bank has told me to not continue on with Collabria. I would recommend Scotia Bank for any credit card needs.

I am not one to post negative reviews, but this company is terrible. I STRONGLY recommend against using their credit cards. They will strip you of your points if you are late on payments, mistake or not. I have a credit balance that they will not refund me. One customer service agent gave me half information which lead to me driving across town to a bank that could not help. Another call to figure out how to proceed, I was placed on hold and then disconnected. Paying over $100 dollars a year, plus all the other associated fees for terrible customer service is a poor choice I won't continue making.
