She has designed a beautiful, clean, stylish and calming space that makes you want to stay all day. I have had the Ultimate Facial several times now and my skin has never been healthier. I am always glowing when I leave and I continue to glow with her perfect product recommendations. I am obsessed with all of the lines she carries and they have truly made a difference. I have struggled with chronic acne most of my adult life, and the facials combined with product recommendations and IPL laser treatments have cleared up my face completely. Isabelle's treatments makes me feel more beautiful and I would recommend her to anyone!

Every time I see her I feel comfortable and we always seem to laugh the entire appointment. I love how she will always make recommendations on how to take care of my skin. She offers so many amazing skincare products in her store and if you are unsure about trying something new she may have samples to offer you. Additionally, I love that she will try to source the best Canadian-made products for her clients. Every time I leave Cold Water Skin Bar I feel so happy and confident with my ski. It doesn't hurt to get confirmation from others about how healthy and glowy my skin looks either. I have referred several people to Cold Water Skin Bar and will continue to do so - I can't say enough good things.

The space and treatment room instantly put you at ease with the clean, relaxing atmosphere she's created. She suggested the hydration facial which was a dream. I also appreciated that she considered my current routine and had only one suggestion to add, and provided a generous sample of the product.

We had a good conversation about what I was hoping to get from the treatment, and identified a few problem areas to focus on. The treatment room is private and very comfortable, with an adjustable bed, heating pad, and a blanket so you stay comfortable during your appointment. The facial itself was so relaxing, and the products smelled amazing. She gave me some great tips for keeping my skin healthy, and I picked up some amazing products from her that fit my "lazy skin care" routine. She also gave me some samples to take home and try. Days later and my skin is still glowing. I 100% recommend going to Cold Water, I will be going back!

She gave me some water to stay hydrated before the appointment and I was able to check out her carefully selected skin care products in her retail space. The facial itself was so relaxing and the products she used smelled heavenly like I was on a vacation in Hawaii. My skin looks and feels so bright and soft which makes me feel amazing too. I can't wait to return soon!
