The process was well organized and informative from Cohen's side. Knowing what to bring, documentations needed, future info/docs on each of the milestones and when meetings would be held for the face to face (over the web). Very easy and relaxed calls and meetings with the two of them that made a stressful time a lot calmer. Putting my mind at ease was something needed. What really I appreciated was the smaller items that I did not think about or know how to proceed with few items. One - Running down ALL the cost/estimates so that i could see what needed to be paid out and what the final balance would be at the end. There are so many items that were not on my original breakdown that was brought to my attention like Title Insurance (a check down to ensure there are no lawsuits or liens in addition to ensuring the sellers are the actual property owners listed) Two - Being on top of items like Assumption of Rental property that needed to be done and signed by the buyers, as I assumed once I contacted the Utility company they would handle it on their side...which obviously they do not and did not do. Lastly having a checklist of all the items to complete (New utility sign up, New municipal tax setup, etc.) Great to have this as we worked along and check off the ones they completed and myself completed. A long review but I wanted to point out how happy I was with Gary and Veronica and all that they did for the family. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a Property lawyer.
