Extremely disappointed with the service received, I have my address change 3 x and has not been done, now problem with them is that there is a stupid mistake or incompetence of an employee who did not do his job well.

I call technical support. Benoit gave me an excellent service, although what he was asking for exceeded the mandate of his department and that it was more a matter of customer service.

On selectionne l'option francais et a chaque fois on se fait couper la ligne au nez en anglais... Vraiment pas apprecier. Et je capte super bien internet dans ma chambre au salon et a la cuisine pas du tout... Juste la tele est impeccable
Terrible customer service. Unable to reach anyone for help. We select the French option and each time we get our nose cut in English ... Really not appreciate it. And I get great internet in my bedroom in the living room and in the kitchen not at all ... Just the TV is impeccable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonne connection internet, mais ont dirait que Cogeco essayes maintenant de compétitionner Bell pour le pire service a la clientele. Si vous avez une promotion mettez vous un rapelle, parceque 1 an plus tard ils vont remonter la facture de 50-60$ par mois sans vous en aviser. Ils savent bien que la majorité du monde y penseront plus dans 1 an et vont se faire avoir...légale mais opportuniste comme politique d'entreprise, quand sont capable d'envoyer des avis et des courriels pour n'importe quoi, sauf pour vous aviser que le cout de votre forfait va augmenter...quel hasard.
Good internet connection, but looks like Cogeco are now trying to compete Bell for the worst customer service. If you have a promotion put you a reminder, because 1 year later they will raise the bill of 50-60 $ per month without notifying you. They know that the majority of the world will think about it more in a year and will be ... legal but opportunistic as a company policy, when are able to send notices and emails for anything except for to inform you that the cost of your package will increase ... what a coincidence.
