Anyway I was so pleased with this cute little coffee place! I'm very very picky about my coffee. Most Americano I get at cafes and coffee shops I'm not into. It has to have really good beans and I find it incredibly hard to find shops that match my taste. Anyway, the beans here are amazing and it has quite a few choices. I got the maple Africano which was so smooth and delicious. I even picked up a couple of bags of To Go beans (they offer to grind them if you don't have a grinder, but I took them whole because I grind my own) I got a bag of Fernwood decaf and it is so nice! It doesn't taste like decaf at all. It tastes like a wonderful, velvety smooth Americano but I can enjoy in the evening sans caffeine. The setup is great here too. Cute patio with nice place to sit outside. Nice seating inside with tall ceilings and open airy feel. The smell upon opening the door was amazing. Like baking and the best coffee. I picked up a vegan dream bar which was a cross between a macaroon and a nanaimo bar. It was sooooo good! Even non vegans would love it! So rich and delicious. They also had on display plenty of baked goods, sandwiches, and muffins that were so huge and were like 70% muffin top which is everybody's favourite part. I will definitely be returning to this shop! It's a bit of a drive for me but sooooo worth it for the nice coffee. A Place you can sit and relax and have a chat or read a nice book. We got our stuff to-go today but I will be back to lounge around and enjoy a wonderful coffee and treat.

If you are on the go you will find what you need in the ready-made case of sandwich offerings and the carefully crafted beverages made to order. I recommend always to get a sweet treat whether you want one or not and make time to enjoy it then and there or later in your day. Their baked goods are amazing and pair well with any of their drinks or sandwiches. To stay and sit on the patio to enjoy the goods is even more of an experience with modern lounge music encouraging you to stay awhile and enjoy island time. When you bring a guest to check out this place that you love ..... well, the pride that you feel when you’ve turned someone on to this place that you can share? For some reason, this place becomes the place that you can call our place on the island. If you thought you were stopping into some shack on an island you will be impressed with how the shack is an OASIS & has matured from the beginnings on a busy highway down island to this alternate route up-island off the busy bustling fast-paced route where if you’ve got time. If you’ve got time to enjoy the seashore coastal route up and down island then you’ll have time to stop in and enjoy the finer things that they have in store for you. This place is non-corporate and locally owned and operated by a wonderful family that you can easily get on a first-name basis as they take time to know their clients and neighbours. Their staff is wonderfully communicating the pride of ownership and teamwork required to stay open to serve the community that comes and goes daily. Rain or shine the shack will shelter you with hospitality and exceed your expectations.
D	David Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I loved everything about this place: Clear menu with Coffee, Not Coffee, and Healthy items clearly separated; delicious selection of freshly baked and day old discounted items; helpful staff; and a nice outdoor seating area with couches and toys. It's not often that we can have a relaxing date at a café with our toddler. Coffee Shack is definitely worth taking a Sunday Drive to go see!

The coffee tender is quite literally the best. And the coffee itself was so good. Perfect micro foam. I'm honestly impressed. Just wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time!

Got the cortado, I'm not sure if it was just how it was prepared or the quality of Bean but it was amazing (probably both if I'm honest). Got some of their baked goods and they were also very nice, highly reccomend the havarti and green onion scone.
