★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendeuse extrêmement nerveuse et pas soigneuse du tout. Certes, il y avait du monde dans la boutique, mais cela n'excuse pas tout. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
 Extremely nervous saleswoman and not careful at all. Admittedly, there were people in the shop, but that does not excuse everything. We will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai commandé pour environ 1,000$ de luminaires et il y a eu une erreur dans ma commande et une partie d'un luminaire était manquante. Ça fait maintenant 1 mois qu'ils sont sensés m'avoir envoyé cette nouvelle pièce mais je ne l'ai jamais reçue et je n'ai jamais eu de suivi de leur part non plus. 0/10 service à la clientèle.
I ordered about $ 1,000 worth of fixtures and there was an error in my order and part of a fixture was missing. It's been 1 month since they are supposed to have sent me this new piece but I never received it and I never had a follow-up from them either. 0/10 customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté dans cette boutique 2 coussins Sarah Lavoine qui étaient en spécial à presque 100$ chaque. Quelle déception, je fais très attention à ces coussins vu le prix que je les ai payés et pourtant ils sont tout déformés et avachis alors qu'ils sont quasiment neufs. De plus, en ouvrant les housses des coussins, l'intérieur d'un des coussins est en plumes de canard et l'autre en synthétique je me demande bien pourquoi.
Bref tout ça pour dire que la qualité est déplorable mais à la limite ce n'est pas la boutique qui est responsable par contre ce serait bien que les personnes qui y travaillent soient un peu plus aimables et polies avec la clientèle. Proposer son aide, dire merci et bonne journée sans avoir l'air agacé et/ou hautain à un client qui vient dépenser son argent ne me semble pas être trop demandé...
I bought 2 Sarah Lavoine cushions in this store which were on special at almost $ 100 each. What a disappointment, I am very careful with these cushions considering the price I paid for them and yet they are all warped and sagging while they are almost new. In addition, when opening the cushion covers, the inside of one of the cushions is duck feather and the other is synthetic, I wonder why.
In short, all this to say that the quality is deplorable but ultimately it is not the store that is responsible, however, it would be good if the people who work there are a little more friendly and polite with the customers. Offering help, saying thank you and having a good day without sounding annoyed and / or haughty to a customer who comes to spend his money doesn't seem to me to be asked too much ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so happy to have this neighbourhood store poping up near my place. Every item here is selected with great taste and is fairly-priced, that extend to even their background music choices! Also, artichoke heart is my favourite thing - great choice of store name. ;)
