Literally saved me from having to miss more shifts of a physically demanding job. My sciatica was so bad I could barely walk. I couldn’t even sit or lay down without pain. After a massage, then my first visit to the CFC clinic, I immediately saw results. Even during the first adjustment, I could feel the pressure lifting off the nerve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, these folks keep me upright and walking. I am treated by Dr.Stef and Dr.Troy. Twice now I have dropped my emotions in their clinic due to neck and back pain, and both times they have been nothing but incredibly empathic and insanely kind.
Dr. Stef is also amazing with babies who need adjustments; my 6 month old grandson has made incredible progress after seeing Dr. Stef.
What's extra special about them, is that they truly seem to care, not just about your well-being as their patient, but they care about the community of Cochrane, holding 2 fundraisers that I know of- there are likely more.
Their reception staff are kind and friendly too, which I feel is a direct reflection on how they're appreciated by Drs. Troy and Stef
If you're looking for expert care for your whole family, then I suggest you look no further.

Dr. Troy is always attentive to how I am feeling, listens to what my concerns may be, or questions I may have and treats me accordingly. I appreciate how he asks me the right questions to get the best picture of my spine adjusting needs.

Booking appointments is very awesome also with the flexibility to work with your own busy schedule.
Dr. Scottaline is very friendly and helpful and great at what he does and highly recommend going to see him if you need to be put back to 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cochrane Family Chiropractic has helped me to greatly reduce the number of migraines I experience. They are less intense too! Dr. Stef and Dr. Troy are top-notch chiropractors. They always make me feel at ease. I am so lucky to have them as part of my health care team. Because of them, a month + long migraine cycle ended. And then...here's the best part....another one hasn't started! I have now been able to go back to freelance work and take daily 30 min walks. They have greatly improved my quality of life and I'm SO grateful.
