They are a great company doing commercial and industrial security systems and even have developed their own proprietary technology. We placed several sales and operations people in their company and have had great feedback from their employees. They pay close attention to the quality of service they provide and the quality of staff they hire.

Very disappointed that six months after getting our quote we are still without a fully functioning enterphone (intercom) as promised by this company. Communication is difficult and inconsistent, they failed to explain their product and two sales staff had completely different explainations of the product we ordered- how is that possible unless they just don’t know their business and/or do not take customers seriously? Agreed upon next steps and follow through was lacking terribly and the departments (sales, service) do not seem to share information internally or work in concert on a client file. Be warned, the quote will be competitive and tempt you; however it will be missing key items that will be quoted again for you later (in our case almost doubling the original amount!!) and on top of that, the quote won’t be accurate and you won’t even get what you pay for. After exhausting back and forth, I haven’t had a buzzer for over half a year. Should’ve gone with Citiloc!
F	Fr3nchy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to work there if you like lots of work no rewards and a stressed environment, with the lack of management and people who don't care much about the employees. Salary is fine 40k a year but don't think about négociations after a year. The front desk secretary is on her personal phone all day not doing her job then asks the dispatcher or anyone else to do it for her. The regional manager is gone all day nobody knows what he is doing, The lack of communication between the department is infuriating the company has a few million in recovery and has a hard time getting that money back people got fired or job cut because they started doing the recovery to late. They refuse to let people work from home during COVID. So far bad experience.
