Not the good customer service Charging extra after finishing contract without asking customers if they want the renewal or cancellation and equipments are all multifunctional and not in good working condition This is my first and last time working with them Never recommend to anyone

Absolutely terrible service : After waiting for 23 minutes to talk to Service representative they advised would Have someone contact us the next day to Set up an appointment at our residence Never did call back after three days we reached Out to them again - nobody could locate that They were supposed to contact us They set appointment for between 9:00 & 12:00 noon nobody shows up and not even the Courtesy to call us to explain why they would be Late Called them AGAIN sat on hold for another Half hour No explanation why they were delayed Said they would be here by three pm 3:45 pm Still no service tech or phone call So - I will leave readers to decide if this is Kind of company you would want to put on Your team Thx R. L Nobody

almost 25,000 satisfied customer using ADT service , I try to research same customer stay 10yrs , 15 yrs or even 20yrs so reliable if my family will move soon I will gonna use their security system

February 28th - Met with ADT by Telus rep at Location. He said I would have a quote on Monday March the 2nd. March 4th - I emailed for an update. ADT rep advised he would send it by end of day. March 16th- Still no response. Today, I gladly signed a contract with an ADT competitor who came onsite, quoted, and provided all details within 48 hours.

Absolute garbage Scam These f ers gave me a package deal that included door bell camera, indoor camera, and smart deadbolt with 2 sensors. This is a lie as my door bell was never installed and the camera doesn't work. 59.99 a month when it was said it will be 42 a month bit if I wanted the police to be notified it would be 17 extra but I could cancel at anytime. That's a lie as they would call it a breach o . Contract and cancel my service if I tried to remove the 17.99 extra and make me pay the total of all 3 yrs on the contract . When I try get the camera to work again they transfer me to asome who says they will contact me. I wait weeks and no call back. I dispose this company and wish I paid a onetime 300$ payment at best buy for a camera system

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE We replaced our old ADT alarm system with a new ADT system in January 2020 and had our 1st call with customer support last week. It was unbelievably bad. The system has been installed for less than 4 months and we got a low battery warning from one of our smoke alarms. The batteries should last for at least a year. After calling customer support we replaced the batteries ourselves. Less than 24 hrs later at 5 in the morning we get the low battery warning "chirp" from another smoke alarm. We then spent over an hour on the phone with customer support trying to get them to acknowledge that this was a bigger problem and they likely installed more than 1 set of defective batteries. The problem was compounded by the fact that the main display panel in the house does not show the low battery warning. It only appears in the email notification or on the mobile or web app. In the course of the call the support technician: - Had no record of which sensors in our system used the same AAA batteries as the smoke alarms and accordingly could not tell us which were at risk of having the same battery failure. - Would not send us replacement batteries for the 3rd smoke alarm which we obviously expected to fail very shortly. I finally took the alarm down and tested the batteries with my voltmeter to convince him they were faulty. They shipped us 9 batteries to replace the ones in the 3 sensors. AND THEN SENT US A BILL FOR $10 FOR THE BATTERIES!!!! - Had no explanation as to why the low battery warning was not displayed on the panel and could not work on a fix unless I remained on the line because he was otherwise obliged to stop work on my problem and answer another call. I needed to free up my phone line so had to finish the call with no solution to this problem. During the course of this exercise we get pre-recorded calls to our home phone and my wife's phone advising we have a problem with our system. No information was provided about the nature of the problem or the sensor involved. We were ADT customers with an old alarm system since 1995. Although we had our issues the service was generally pretty good. If there was an issue we got a call from a human being explaining the problem and helping us resolve it, usually within a few minutes. Perhaps as a result of their acquisition by Telus, they seem to be cutting back on their service. I am posting this here because they have no channel posted on their site to provide customer feedback.

Absolutely garbage company with horrible customer service. If you move into a house and the ADT security is still in the previous owner's name, ADT will not do anything about it without the previous owner's authorization....even though I AM the NEW OWNER of my home. So here I am for a couple hours, with ADT alarms going off in my OWN house with police officers coming to my OWN home to confirm my own identity. I explain to ADT this situation, with police officers literally in front of me while I'm on the phone with ADT customer service. The alarm is literally going off in the background of the phone call. They refuse to do anything without previous owner's consent regardless if I am the new registered owner of my own house. The previous owner was currently on vacation out of the country and unreachable through phone...and I've been living in this house for a month already at the time. They had no follow-up directions or instructions of what should I do about an alarm that I cannot shut off in my own house. They refused to talk to me and only wished to speak to previous owner. They then hung up and refused to answer my calls all while the alarm is going off in my neighbourhood for a couple hours with officers visiting to confirm that I own my own home. Stupid company with stupid policies, you'd think they would have a proper policy for a situation like this because I can't be the first one to encounter this problem. They deleted my previous review. Delete this again and I will repost it. I would give this company negative stars if I could. Don't waste your time and money here and look for another security company that actually knows how to speak to its customers.

I don't know why ADT keep charging me after I called and cancelled their service months ago. I called and one guy said there is note in the system showing it was canceled. However, they still charge me. I called many times, and there was always someone picked up and never solved the problem. Hopefully someone from here will reply me.
