β β β β β I bought door systems from Cobra for a few years as a window and door company owner. We still run the company but use a bit of a niche product now so we no longer buy from Cobra. I want to let everybody know that John Binning is excellent and really stands behind Cobras products. It's easy to be good when your selling a lot of doors to a company but we haven't bought any for a few years now and John still makes sure he takes care of getting us anything we need for any kind of service calls we might get from the doors we installed......Even though all were minor things he still took care of it right away. I give 5 stars to Cobra doors for being true to their dealers even after they are gone. Excellent, excellent company. John Binning is definately the man when it comes to knowing his stuff and getting things done. It's refreshing to have a company stand behind their products long after they have sold them!!! β β β β β The worst company I have ever dealt with. The quality of their product is terrible and their customer service/warrantee is a lot worse. Way too much to tell here so all I will say is that there are many other companies out there, "don't make the mistake in trying this one"
