★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is seriously ridiculous how difficult it is to get through to the reception to make an appointment. It takes hours and over 50 calls to get through. No one has time for that. There has to be a better system to manage phone calls. My doctor on the other hand is great, but I would seriously switch doctors just to recieve better reception service. Something needs to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Marlene today. It was for a full physical. She was so kind..thoughtful and sensitive. Asked about all the right things and was truly engaged. Recommended a follow up and was honestly listening...great Dr appointment. I am so happy she is part of the cobourg clinic❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff extremely rude and can't even see a Dr you cannot diagnose through a phone plain and simple my Dr is amazing when I'm actually able to get a proper appointment with him but other than that this place is horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very uneducated staff when it comes to clinically diagnosed mental health patients. It’s hard enough to find a doctor let alone a doctor/NP that cares. But when they fail to educate themselves on your diagnoses from a psychiatrist/ can’t read my 3 page note from the dr. Or brushed off as manipulative and telling the front reception to not book me after asking me to leave in tears with my 6yo daughter because the only way I would get funding from osap to go back to school was from my dr/NP.
I followed up with superiors and they “dealt” with it but still 6 months later this particular staff won’t book with me and the front desk knows that.
I did end up with a note from a dr, because I meet all qualifications for osap and it’s sad the person couldn’t just educate themselves instead of saying my mental illness is not a disability.
