★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew right from my first appt with Lara that she was the best.....but then I had a neck injury and she was the only practitioner that was able to help with my pain...and that just sealed the deal. I had been seeing my (also amazing) osteo, as well as a physio with very little improvement. And after my first session back with Lara, my pain was almost resolved. She is smart, practical and science based, and has an amazing manual technique. But she also has a certain healing energy about her. I recommend her to everyone I know. In my opinion, there's no point seeing any other RMT in Squamish (or the Sea to Sky for that matter). --Emma Heukelom

She is so strong, and can really get into deep tissue if you need her to and she is my favorite person the have working on my neck! You will leave feeling relaxed and revived in your body. She is my go-to therapist !

I always leave after my treatment feeling so rejuvenated. I have personally recommended Emily to many people. She is very loved by my family . Booking is easy and there is always parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing Emily for massage therapy treatments these past couple of months has been fantastic! Emily is professional and personable creating a very comfortable environment. She provides much more than a massage, she provides treatment with a plan using a thorough assessment, and sometimes I even get homework / exercises to encourage progression in-between treatments. Her jaw and nerve impingement work has been particularly helpful for me. Having a background anatomy myself, I am very impressed with her expertise and look forward to continuing working through my musculoskeletal issues with her.

Recently I had a massage with her that loosened up my back so much I felt like I had no spine and was giggling hours later in trying to hold my back straight as I felt like jello.
