B	Bill Goodmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have not heard of Coast Hillcrest Hotel, let me be the first to say "Wake Up!!!" I am a pretty big guy, and I know my hotels. I stop here every time I drive through this specific area. The beds are fresh and squishy, the way they should be. The food at the restraunt is cut right and the fries are fresh. And the malt vinegar is to DIE FOR! The prices are amazing. It's well done hotel living, prepared right in front you by the most kind and caring staff members. Here's how you can tell they know their stuff. They provide you with the perfect amount of towelettes in your room and the throw pillows are nice and thick. They are NOT messing around. It's worth the stop. Sleep well my friends. P.S. I soaked in the hot tub for dessert and F-ME was it good!

Cons: bed was on the soft side, heating is available via AC only which is quite horrible. * We had a Hit and Run accident in the parking lot and were disappointed to learn the hotel does not have any security cameras in the lot.

It's high up enough to feel like a secluded resort, but it's only minutes from town. The restaurant is great, and the staff were all very helpful. I can't wait to stay here again!

m	meghan kirwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here on our way from Whistler to Lake Louise. It looked great but totally surpassed expectations. Service was excellent, rooms super clean and comfortable, food was excellent and views incredible. Two tumbs up and will come again!
D	David Plimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is set back from the highway, so traffic noise is not an issue. Great lodge feel to it and the rooms were comfortable. The one issue I had was when they cleaned the main floor dining room at 1130 pm, staff dragged the chairs and tables across the floor which I heard on the third floor like it was right above or beside me. Called the front desk and they couldn't believe it would be that loud. Well...IT WAS.
M	Midori F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review. It is a dog friendly hotel and situated in a lovely spot and the shower room is quite nice. I took off 2 stars because we could hear people having a conversation in the hallway through the vent in the room. It was hard to relax when every time people are waiting for the elevator or chatting in the hallway, we could hear them very clearly. Also the fridge didn't work. When informed of these two things to check out, the response was "Okay, we will look into it" and that seemed rather unconvincing. Most likely the fridge is still broken (we were on the third floor so check the fridge before you get anything). Otherwise, the people were very nice and the lounge area is quite beautiful.
M	Michelle Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with 2x hot tubs, sauna and a gym. Lovely rooms with plenty of space, and nice bathroom and showers. Free tea and coffee in the morning too. Breakafast was amazing! Only downside was the restaurant. You can't reserve and it gets busy. The menu was small but did have vegan/ vegetarian options. There were not enough servers really but they did the best they could. Overall, nice hotel
